The Role: The Warehouse Operations Specialist is the heartbeat of Elite Bay. You are responsible for ensuring every piece of inventory—from luxury lounge furniture to crystal glassware—is organized, pristine, and ready for the spotlight. This is a role for someone who loves systems, organization, and maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:

Inventory Control: Pull and prep orders accurately based on digital pick-lists for upcoming events.

Maintenance & QC: Inspect returning items for damage, perform basic cleaning/repairs, and ensure all rentals meet our "Elite" quality standards.

Loading Logistics: Stage orders for driver pickup and assist in the safe loading/unloading of commercial vehicles.

Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse operations or event production preferred.

Strong organizational skills and a "place for everything" mindset.

Ability to use inventory management software (training provided).

Physical stamina to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.

Role: General Labor & On-Site Installation | Location: Bay Area, CA
The Role: We are looking for energetic, hard-working individuals to join our Field Crew. You are the muscle and the hands that bring an event to life. This role involves heavy lifting, team collaboration, and the satisfaction of seeing a bare space transform into a world-class celebration.
Responsibilities:
- On-Site Installation: Assist in the manual setup of tents, dance floors, staging, and furniture at various high-profile venues.
- Safe Handling: Carefully transport and "place" rental items according to floor plans provided by the lead.
- Event Strike: Efficiently dismantle setups and reload trucks post-event, ensuring no items are left behind or damaged.
- Team Support: Work closely with Drivers and Crew Leads to meet tight setup deadlines.
Requirements:
- Must be a team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (50+ lbs) throughout the shift.
- Professional appearance and behavior while working in high-end venues.

The Role: As an Event Account Executive, you are the first point of contact for planners, brides, and corporate coordinators. Your goal is to turn an inquiry into a stunning reality. You won’t just be "selling rentals"—you’ll be a consultant helping clients choose the perfect aesthetic for their most important days.
Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing quotes and creative recommendations.

Consultative Sales: Guide clients through our inventory, upselling appropriate additions to enhance their event design.

Contracting: Manage the booking process, including contracts, deposits, and final payment collection.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local event planners, venues, and catering partners in the Bay Area.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality or event industry.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in CRM or event rental software.
